Great two-door travel trailer unit that will accommodate your needs with comfort.  Equipped with an electric tongue jack and electric awning, you won't have to spend a lot of time setting up at a campsite.  As you walk into the entry door, you will see that the living room slide allows you ample space to move around with ease.  Two rocking chairs set near the back picture window allows you to drink your coffee as you watch over the creek behind your campsite.  The sofa turns into a sleeper to accommodate your guests.  Additionally, the booth table also converts to a sleeper so with the Queen bed she sleeps up to 8 people.  The kitchen is well equipped with a three-burner stove, oven, refrigerator and microwave.  The flat screen TV is well placed to allow you to view from the table, sofa, chairs, and kitchen.  A door separates the bathroom from the living room.  Featuring a walk in shower, sink, and toilet, the bathroom allows you room to move around.  A six gallon LP Gas/Electric hot water heater will ensure that you are able to take an enjoyable shower.  Through another door, you will reach the back bedroom.  Featuring a queen bed, television, and storage, you are able to create a private oasis to sleep.  The door from the bedroom allows you to leave for a restorative walk without disturbing your guests sleeping in the living room.  We just installed a brand new roof  A/C is ice cold for those hot summer days.  Brand new deep cycle house battery and brand new LP Gas detector. There is also a LP Gas heater for the cool evenings.  This unit has all the tools you need to hit the road with comfort to enjoy some rest and relaxation! This unit looks and feels like brand new.
