Well maintained, tires are just over a year old, New stearing stabilizer, converted to table and chairs but still have the dinette to go with it as well, upgraded radio, cell phone booster, TPMS, new AGM batteries, 41000 +/- miles.  Has all the options.  Had oil change for both coach and gen set before winterized.  Only thing it needs is the vinyl on the drivers seat and the arm rest of the couch and chair are peeling a little but other than that, its in awesome shape.
