Description

We've decided to sell our custom built camper van, with roof top tent. Kids are out of the house, and we don't have a need to sleep four in our van anymore. I bought a Jeep and need to empty the driveway. The rooftop tent is an Autohome Columbus, by itself new it is around $3000. This is similar to a Juicy van, but way cooler. And it's our own van - if it's needed anything it's been taken care of.

Will not sell the tent separately. Also note, the first 6 pictures are professional - and a few years old. There is some minor wear and tear, and cushions have been updated. Remaining pictures are recent. Not much has changed besides some minor wear and cushions, back counter replaced/ updated, but professional photos give a better view of what you are getting. All maintenance has been done on time, with premium parts. Premium Michelin tires have good tread, new shocks and brakes all around last year. Recent transmission fluid replacement. Clean title in hand.  Body in good shape.  There is a little paint bubbles coming up along the front edge of the windshield,

Want to use Minnie as a daily driver?  Bed easily removes, middle seats still in place under bed frame.  Just pull out the bed, and Minnie seats 7!

We've been renting her out on Turo.com from time to time, you can do the same. To find that listing, Google Turo Minnie Oakland. We've averaged about $5,000 per year in rental income. Renting her out can certainly pay her costs. See description below.
