Roadtreks are famous for their longevity, and the fact that they drive like a van and are completely self-contained. I am retired and love RVing and tinkering, I take a good RV and make it great.  This is my 3rd RV, as with life many things are unexpected and we are selling a great RV. This Roadtrek has miles, yes, but mechanically strong and Roadtrek reliable – drives like a dream.  Will not wander like some of the older models.  This Roadtrek and all the updated features for the price of an older model.  This will sell below retail.  You're going to hear everything -- the positives and negatives.

Downsides:

• The cover plate for propane take in the rear bumper is missing.  I have replacement material that needs to be fitted and attached
• I had a mechanic look at the engine and he has said he has seen these engines get over 300K miles and that for a 2012 they must have been mostly highway
• The same mechanic said the brakes are fine but have about 30% remaining on the brake pads
• Exterior has a long scratch on the driver’s door
• Winegard satellite works when powered up.  I did not test it with a Dish system
