This beautiful 5th wheel has been well taken care of and it shows.  The exterior features a bigfoot hydraulic leveling system, touchpad entry door lock, power awning, new TPO roof, moreride pin box, rear compartment storage (unsusal on 5th wheels), also a battery disconnect to help save the battery life when not in use.  The interior has a lot of wonderful features as well complete with all real wood cabinetry throughout.  The unit has 2 a/c's (coleman), a fantastic fan in kitchen, full wall slide, central vac system, double insulated floor, and a 3M B2 whole house water system.  The living room area has a queen size sofa sleeper, 2 recliners, 5.1 stereo surround system, 2 TV’s, and a fireplace.  The kitchen features corian counter tops, microwave, gas range with oven, sink covers, coffee maker cabinet with power, ceiling fan, and a kitchen table with chairs and a table leaf.  The bathroom has a roomy corner shower, corian counter top, and lots of storage.  The bedroom has a queen bed with 2 night stands (this leaves plenty of space if wanting to put a king size bed in), lots of storage under the bed, closet space, dresser, and also has washer/dryer hookups.
