We are currently in ARIZONA with this diesel pusher. Then on to Utah before heading back to Michigan mid April. We purchased this 2007 gently used and inspected 39 foot Newmar at Steinbring Newmar 4 years ago because we wanted a quality unit.
Since purchasing we have upgraded original electric jacks with HWH Hydraulic Jacks with auto leveling system and upgraded to power awning with wind sensor. Replaced carpeting with high quality CoreTec vinyl and new carpet in bedroom. Captains seats professionally recovered with ultra leather. Dash is like new. Replaced dash radio with Sony with Sirius and 2 additional bookshelf speakers.  Added Blue Ox tow system with AirForce air break system. Replaced Satellite antenna with Tailgater on rear roof rack. Replaced original tvs with 2 larger flatscreens. New wallpaper border. Replaced 6 tires and 6 batteries. Rebuilt 10 gal hot water heater.
Two ducted air conditioners/heat pumps on roof. Onan generator just serviced. 2000 watt Inverter. Rear color camera. 4 slides have been serviced and rollers replaced. Engine brake and air ride suspension.
Cal King bed in rear bedroom with upgraded mattress. Full width rear mirrored wardrobe. 3 windows in bedroom with lots of drawers and upper storage. Washer/dryer combo unit.
Floor plan has been upgraded. Passenger side of coach was ordered with built-in TV cabinet/ computer desk. We have the original solid oak dining table and 4 chairs in storage but replaced this area with built in oak framed 30x73 memory foam single day bed. Replaced sofa sleeper with pair of recliners that face TV.
Unit was ordered with single vanity with large linen cupboard in hall next to shower. Has two Fantastic Fans. Kitchen and bath have Corian countertops. 2 way refrigerator/freezer/ice maker                                                           is two door medium size with solid oak paneled fronts. Microwave/convection oven. 3 burner propane range.
Balance of 6 year extended warranty transferable with very low deductible. Stored inside.
Unit has been serviced twice a year by Newmar dealer and Cummins dealer.
All systems work great or have been repaired or replaced.
Body is beautiful and looks 3 or 4 years old. Detailed and waxed annually. No dents, fading, or rust. Front Diamond Shield is excellent. All lighting has been updated to LED. Roof has been regularly maintained and caulked by dealer.
This quality unit with this engine should run another 150000 miles at 1/4 the cost of a new Kountry Star.
