This toy hauler has the 10 foot garage, two slide outs and is in very good condition and comfortable. It also came from the factory with a #15000 reciever hitch. So you can tow a boat, another trailer of pull a car behind it. Towing my jeep was my plan but I never ended up using the hitch.I have had only two years, since then I have bought 2 new batteries an 6 new tires approximatley 5 months ago. 
I purchased the trailer for work. My needs had changed shortly afterwards so I did not utilize it very much. All the factory specs can be found on line. Thank you for considering my toy hauler!
