Tiffin motor home has a V-10 Ford engine and chassis.  It has six new Michelen RV tires with less than 8,000 miles. It has an extend-a-stay valve.  The transmission has a Tow/Haul feature and is very tight. It has an Onan 4,000 generator. The Oil has been changed in the generator within the last 2 hours of operation.  The coach oil has been changed regularly.  The fabric on the awning has been replaced and a new jack knife sofa installed.  Engine runs excellent and does not burn any oil. Completely self contained.  We tow a Honda CRV behind it easily.  It gets seven miles to the gallon whether youre towing or not.  I am over six feet and can use the shower no problem.  It has a microwave and gas oven as well as a three burner stove; gas and electric fridg. Comes with a coach cover, wheel covers and wiper covers.  It is just the right length to make it easy to get around in town and RV parks but spacious enough for two people to live in for the winter.  It has a walk around queen bed; forced air heat and a/c; Fantastic Fan in the kitchen; gas/electric water heater; 30 or 50 Amp hook up; electric power levelers; back up monitor; Day/Night shades; best of all, everything works. Tiffin makes good stuff. As can be seen by the photos there are no oil leaks underneath, batteries are new and cared for, has an IOTA coach battery maintenance bus, and the tires are Micheleins with a lot of meat on them.  We are selling because we don't travel like we used to.
