2007 refurbished Cruise America 23A we purchased in 2012 but no longer use it.  Less than 3000 miles put on it since 2012.  Few miles each year to check it out.  3 Burner gas stove.  Double kitchen sink.  Gas hot water.  12v operated furnace.  120v Coleman Mack air conditioning.  Onan generator.  Sharp Carousel Convection microwave.  Norcold gas/ac refrigerator with separate upper freezer.  Side by side table that converts to sleeper.  Sperate lounge chair.  Gray cloth seats.  Toilet & shower.  Sink with vanity.  One light cover missing.  Dometic awning.  Plenty of storage.  Ford 350 V8.  Tires new in 2012 with less than 3000 miles.  Trailer hitch.  Manuals.  Average wear & tear. Discovered small leak in overhead after last Spring rains.  Recoated roof 3x with RV roof sealer.  New battery.  Couple new water caps.  Parked in rural Dallas, Oregon.  Have poor internet but will respond as internet and virus allows.  RV sold yesterday.
