This trailer has gone through an extensive interior remodel. It is very light and bright. New interior paint, light fixtures, window treatments, couch, memory foam queen mattress, and more!! Everything is in working order with the exception of the awning (needs work) and the stereo (planned to replace with a fireplace insert). Floors still need to be replaced, however, it is usable in current condition. Carpet and linoleum has paint splatter (we weren’t careful because we planned on replacing the floors). Carpet in master bedroom has already been pulled up and it now has plywood floors. Trailer has new jacks and springs. Newer tires and brand new spare.
