2006 Fulled Remodeled Tiffin Phaeton 40ft QDH. We bought two years ago, the photos reflect what it was and the full remodel. We started with flooring and had to continue. Recently took $10k off the price to sell. The coach has been incredibly maintained since we bought it. The coach is AS-IS with the price FIRM at $79777. No note-holds.

This coach has all of the features of the amazing 2006 Tiffin with the exception that has been 90% redone.

We went with a clean white & black theme that brightens the coach up. We did not replace the captains stairs or the two couches in the front. They worked fine for us. If you decide to buy, you may consider replacing them for a more updated look.

We have all the service records (RV Master techs in Glendale, feel free to call and talk to Jason), and every 6 months a check-up. It has been fully inspected in June of 2020 and is good.

We really enjoyed this RV and have considered keeping it many times, but it just doesn't fit with our current lifestyle now. We used primarily for traveling, mountain bike racing and Ironman racing. Having to put three kids through college, and traveling less with the RV due to our 16 year old wanting to bring friends, and finding ourselves renting Airbnbs to fit everyone more comfortably because of it. We may buy something else in a few years once the last one goes off to college. We always leave things better than we found. The amount of money put into this coach is valued higher than the price which is why it is AS-IS. Someone will always find something wrong with it, that is the nature of owning an RV, but I assure you there is nothing majorly wrong with the coach, no smells, no leaks. Perfect for a couple or a small family. No-haggle. Turn-Key.
