Well Maintained* One Owner* 35' * Custom recliners * New tires 2018, Ford 6.8L. Many extras going with the MH encluding a  Sleep Number bed.  Everything in great working condition. 2 slides, around 66,000 miles. Will take less without the extras and camping equipment.

We added extra insulating material added to the front window curtain.  Installed extra shelves in kitchen, pull out pantry and pull up cutting board for extra counter space.    

Camping items left with the MH.
MH has a Progressive surge protector. 2 flat screen TV's and King Jack antenna.  Sleep Number mattress. Ceiling fan with thermostat controls.  

Extras left with the MH are patio rug, awning screen, awning clamps, small and large camping tables, custom tire covers, small heater, extra upholstery material for Lambright recliners, hot dog stick, camping chair, large ladder, flag buddy, clamps,  picnic table cover clamps, small propane bottles. 
"Incase we needed them parts" are slide rollers, light bulbs, door locks, shear pins,  many many small items.
