Description

We are looking for a new owner for our well maintained coach. She has 114,000 miles on her with no mechanical issues. We just returned from the Florida Keys to get her ready for sale.

This is on a Workhorse 24,000 lb chassis with a full wall slide (almost 24 feet)

We did a remodel on her in 2016 to include: MCD shades, remote controlled vents, all new fixtures, new skylights, new cabinet hardware, new carpet and tile, new awning and slider toppers (by Stone Vos), custom corian work station/bar/dining table, new custom Jack knife sofa with built in storage, upgraded Samsung smart TV with storage behind it, upgraded bedroom smart TV with storage, pull out pantry, recoverd captain chairs and much more.

We are the original owners and have maintained our unit according to manufactures recommendations hence never had any mechanical problems. Been a fabulous coach!

The 2006 Pace Arrow 36D looks and acts like a Diesel Pusher without the expensive maintenance and upkeep of a diesel engine.
(this information is complied form Family Rving the official publication of FMCA)

Has the space of a diesel:

“Wow!” is usually the response one hears from folks who step inside the 36-foot-long Pace Arrow 36D for the first time. They are reacting to the 36D’s new concept in space: a full wall slideout that measures 23 feet 6 inches long and 30 inches wide and truly opens whole new vistas. It’s definitely overwhelming.

Has the Towing Capacity of a diesel.

The W-24 chassis is equipped with an Allison 2100 Series transmission, which has the same basic design but is stronger, allowing for the heavier weight rating.

Gross combination weight ratings (GCWR) for the Pace Arrow chassis are 30,000 pounds.

Has the braking system of a diesel:
On the dashboard you’ll find a rocker switch marked “Grade Brake.” This switch operates a system that’s very similar to a Jake brake or engine retarder on a diesel pusher. A driver can use it on long downgrades to hold the coach back so that the service brakes won’t overheat. The system doesn’t kick in until the driver activates it with the service brakes, and then it will automatically downshift the Allison transmission and hold it in fourth or third gear (straight drive), depending upon speed, until the throttle is again depressed. The throttle disengages the Grade Brake until the service brakes are used again.
