This coach has been garaged since bought except when being used. It has been in a cooled and insulated building that we built before buying it, The michelin tires are 2018 and the aqua hot has been serviced since day 1 by lioyd degerald the same person Aqua Hot refers you to if you call them  The batteries are 2018 all agm . All service and oil changes by the same certified Cummins dealer since it was purchased.
