Description

About this motor home.

My dad bought it from the original owner in Florida 2009. He traveled in it once a year from Ohio to Florida about 5 maybe 6 times. He was a plumber and could fix anything so he kept the motor home perfect.  When he died in early 2016 and my mother later that year I inherited the RV.  He kept the motor home in the building until he drove it.

Everything worked on it when I got it .  I've driven a few miles or so to keep it running smoothly. Last summer (2019) I rolled out the awnings and the slide outs and a windstorm blew the shade awning and tore it.  I removed it.  All three of the awnings need to be replaced as they are sun damaged.  I found them on Amazon for under $200 each.

Also, I was cutting grass last summer and threw a rock at the window on the main slide out and put a hole in it.  It has a second piece of glass behind it so no air comes into the motor home.  That could be replaced later, no urgency really.  The window cost less than $200 on Amazon.  That's all that I know wrong with it.  I'm not an expert on them like my dad was but I know he kept everything working.  The awning issue is common I'm sure as time causes them to decay.  It has 25,900 miles on it . It starts perfectly, engine sounds great. It has a big V10 engine.

Go to NADA to price it, you get $28,000 as "Low Retail" and $33,750 as "Average Retail with 25,900 miles.   nadaguides (dot) com/RVs/2006/Holiday-Rambler/M-33PBD-Ford/3044360/ValuesI've priced the RV for the few minor issues. They can all be fixed for well under a thousand dollars.  It's a steal at this price!  Go look at prices for other motorhomes with this low mileage and year.  I'm way under priced here!
