Two items to note:
1. There is slight staining in a couple spots from prepping the RV for full time winter living in Colorado. Not a big deal and pictured as well. Most will come off with more TLC. I have gotten most off.
2. There is a small stain in the carpet that is shown in the pictures. It can be easily covered up by any type of furniture/rug you place in the area.
3. There was a small water leak near back side window in living room area. It has been re-caulked and fixed. No structural damage was caused.
