Another way to stay at the campground is the cabin rental. The cabin sleeps up to four guests providing a bunk bed and a full bed. The cabin has air conditioning and heat. Lastly, campers can experience the Kennebec KOA under the stars in one of their seventeen tent sites. Five of these tent sites include electric hook-ups.
The Kennebec KOA is an ideal RV park for campers to stay and rest as they explore South Dakota and beyond. With its extremely close proximity to the interstate (approximately a quarter of a mile) guests don’t have to travel far when they are ready to get off the road for the day. In addition, highway traffic noise is not an issue as the highway is located well above the campground and trees dampen the sound. The Sturgis Rally is a big draw for the campground as guests traveling from distant locations will stop at the park on their way. While at the KOA, the park has plenty of amenities for its guests. Amenities include Wi-fi, laundry facilities, clean bathrooms and showers, a swimming pool and dog run. There’s also volleyball, a game room, basketball, and a pavilion for guests to enjoy.
