Are you an experienced RV park professional looking for a long-term opportunity in a growing, well-maintained community?

Cedar Creek Lake RV Park is seeking a full-time, on-site manager or management couple to oversee and maintain our 64-lot RV park, including 7 park-owned RVs and 2 tiny homes, located just minutes from beautiful Cedar Creek Lake.

About the Property

Our current management team has done an excellent job; however, they are no longer living on-site. We are now looking for a hands-on manager who resides at the park full-time and takes pride in maintaining a high-quality community.

This is primarily a monthly rental park, which means significantly less turnover and day-to-day pressure compared to nightly or weekly parks.

We continue to invest in improvements, including newly paved roads, with the goal of maintaining a premier RV living experience near one of Texas’ most popular lakes and a thriving area with strong traffic and growth.

Key Responsibilities

Management:

• Oversee daily operations of a 64-lot RV park
• Manage long-term tenant relations and ensure a positive community environment
• Handle rent collection, reservations (as needed), and record keeping
• Enforce park rules professionally to maintain high standards

Maintenance & Operations:

• Maintain park grounds, utilities, and infrastructure
• Perform and/or coordinate repairs on park-owned RVs and tiny homes
• Oversee and maintain:
  • WiFi system (Ubiquiti UniFi – 12 access points)
  • Security system (Reolink 4K camera system – 12 cameras)
  • Equipment: tractor, skid steer, zero-turn mowers
  • Basic city water and sewer systems
• Ensure all aspects of the park meet standards consistent with maintaining 4.5+ Google review ratings

Qualifications

• Proven RV park or property management experience required
• Strong hands-on maintenance and troubleshooting skills
• Experience with WiFi/network systems and security cameras preferred
• Ability to operate and maintain heavy equipment
• Self-motivated, dependable, and professional
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
