We are looking for a motivated and dependable couple to help manage and maintain a small trailer park / Airbnb park located in Randle, WA. The property is currently being updated and improved, and we’re seeking the right team to help oversee day-to-day operations and grow with the property.

Position Highlights:
On-site trailer space provided
Commission paid for cleaning Airbnb units between guests
Quiet, scenic area with a relaxed environment

Responsibilities May Include:

• General oversight of the park and tenant relations
• Cleaning and preparing Airbnb units between stays
• Light property monitoring and reporting issues
• Helping keep the property clean and welcoming
• Coordinating with ownership regarding maintenance or guest needs

Requirements:

• Couple preferred for shared responsibilities
• Must pass a background check
• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
• Friendly and respectful with guests and tenants
