Seeking Full Time On-Site Manager for 150+ sites RV Park – RV required; Full Hook Up w All Utilities and Wifi Included.

Pay: $46,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year

Responsibilities, skills and qualifications for day-to-day operations include but are not limited to:

• Effective communication skills and working with a team.
• A self-starter who takes initiative in identifying and solving problems.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Booking reservations and maintaining high occupancy; producing reports for senior management.
• Familiarity with Booking and Rent Management software, knowledge of Rent Manager software, a plus.
• Collection of rents, including late notices.
• Maintain accurate and organized compliance records, filings, and documentation.
• Coordinating with Maintenance Staff; maintaining facilities, cleaning, organizing.
• Familiar with Statutes and Rules pertaining to RV Parks and eviction process.
• Experience with computers; Microsoft Office programs, email, scanning, etc.,
• Preparing and managing budgets, reading and understanding financial statements.
• Processing invoices (accounts payable). Proficient in business communications.
• Experience with obtaining bids, creating a scope of work, supervising vendors, overseeing construction projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships.

Must have current Driver’s License.
Must have RV (on-site living).
