From Wrenches to Revivals—Let’s Transform RV Parks with Real Grit

Hi RV Park Store and All Who it may concern,

I’m Derek Pilier, founder of Novanian Innovations. I built my mechanics business from the ground up—no shortcuts, no handouts. That same grit now fuels my mission to transform underperforming RV parks into high-performing, community-driven assets.

I specialize in infrastructure upgrades, operational troubleshooting, and sweat equity partnerships that turn neglected properties into thriving destinations. My approach isn’t theoretical—it’s hands-on. I’ve rebuilt transmissions, rewired systems, and reimagined spaces. Now I’m applying that same precision and resilience to RV parks that need more than capital—they need capability.

I’ve worked in gas and diesel mechanics, engineering, and applied science. I do plumbing and electrical (AC/DC), landscaping, sales, branding, lucrative deal structuring, and all other aspects tied to an RV park’s financial success. I’m currently accepting offers for my services and expertise, and I’m seeking a 50/50 partnership with relocation costs covered. Serious offers only. I’m also open for RV park management roles where transformation and long-term impact are the goal.

If you’re open to operator-led deals and impact-driven ownership, I’d love to connect.

Let’s build something that lasts—and make the system regret underestimating us.

transmissions and maintenance.

 1990: Certificate of completion in engine rebuild and maintenance.

 1990: As a college student in an automotive lab, was the very first and only one to

design and effectively create a set of fully functioning "Chevrolet Hemisphere

Heads" that included push rods without "guides" that to this very day have yet to

wear out or create wobble. Additionally, with the same engine and at the same

produce equal to that of a Chevrolet 383 big block stroker engine that is an "8 bolt

main" with a much more and truer crank shaft balance.

 1992: Designed and created "quick adjusting anti-rap keepers" for single leaf rear

suspension systems.
