RV Resort Membership - Neskowin Creek and 2 others - $1,150 (WA / OR)  I haven't been a RV owner for some time now, and I am selling my RV Neskowin resort membership. It is the charter vintage  membership that cost me in the thousands. It includes cabin rentals, family use, free stays at Neskowin Resort and their other two resorts. Plus other benefits. You can buy into the K&M, RPI, and Coast to Coast and others when transfering. There is a transfer fee of $250. My yearly dues are  at $414 a year, but will change when transfered to a new owner. If there are any other questions, please ask. A trip to the Wilsonville office to sit down with a transfer person is all it takes to do the transfer. The more you use it, the more you save on days stayed. I would definitely keep it if I was still RVing. Home resort is Neskowin Creek RV Resort located on the Oregon Coast just north of Lincoln City.  Members enjoy indoor swimming pool and hot tub, 24-hour security with gated access, cabins, sport courts, potlucks, scheduled activities, and a friendly and helpful staff.  Other amenities include full service restroom facilities with showers, laundry facilities, a dog run area, as well as a playground and game room area for the kids.  The beach is less than a half-mile down the road. Membership includes access to Cascade Meadows Resort at LaPine, OR, Beachwood Resort on Birch Bay near the Canadian border and 8 KM parks in Washington. Buyer cannot have gone through a sales presentation from Sound Pacific or Neskowin Creek within the last year. Buyer will pay transfer fee and carry on with annual dues.  We have had this membership for almost 2 years and have never used the parks   However, due to health issues, we have had to give up our motorhome and limit our travel.
