We are located six miles South of Bushnell, FL
(Hwy. 301 & FL 48)
and six miles North of Ridge Manor, FL
(Hwy. 301 & FL 50).
One hour away from Orlando Airport
One hour away from Tampa Airport
EZ on EZ off I-75, Exit 309,
East 4.3 miles to US Hwy. 301, South 1.6 miles.

The city of Bushnell is convenient for everyday shopping, banking, restaurants, gas stations and City Hall.
One RV Dealership available for RV supplies and repairs.
Medical facilities are nearby.
Major hospitals are located in Dade City, FL; Leesburg, FL and Brooksville, FL.

CAMPSITES:
Currently, one campsite is available for daily or weekly stays. Monthly and seasonal campsites are available. Yearly campsites are not available at this time. In case of cancellations, you may add your name to the waiting list.

One or Two Adults per Site,
Age 55+ preferred.
Quiet Pets are allowed (two maximum), always on a leash and picked up after!
Normal campground rules apply.

We have paved roads, street lights and live-on-site owners.
All sites (except Lot 11) are full-hook up (electric, water, waste).
All sites are close to the
restrooms, laundry, pavilion, bon fire pit and pond!
All sites have a mail box.

This Site... could have your name on it!

Electric, telephone, cable, internet and WI-FI are available
BUT NOT included in the monthly rent.
TV channels are available and FREE with your own antenna.
Telephone, cable, internet and WI-FI are
available through Century Link/AT&T/Hughes.net.
