My RV site is tucked away in the Western NC mountains close to so many beautiful sites and locations in Avery County, NC! This beautiful lot is located in the desirable Linville Land Harbor RV in the Highlands Section. Some of the amenities include golf, tennis, pickleball, a large swimming pool, community center activities, fishing, hiking, and sightseeing.

It accommodates a Class A or C 39' max with slides and a 36' fifth wheel. Because of the angle, you would have to back up to get into my lot, I recommend no more than a 34' pull-behind travel trailer, and the angle can be challenging.

The Recreation Complex has two full kitchens, two card/game lounge areas, a small conference/music room, three craft rooms, and a large recreation hall. All facilities at the Recreation Complex are available for your use, and there are pre-scheduled activities from May 15th through October 15th.

The HOA has huge celebrations for all the major holidays. The 4th of July is especially fun, with a golf cart parade and picnic grilled items available for a nominal fee. At night, the sky lights up over the lake with a fireworks display that rivals the best!

The Golf House has a large commercial kitchen and two lounge areas that are available for scheduling private parties, meetings, or other activities.

Point Park consists of two acres of green area for games. There is a 32’ x 48’ undercover pavilion with 12 picnic tables, a fireplace, and an open fire pit for marshmallow roasting. The area is ideal for family picnics, reunions, concerts, and outdoor parties.

Distances: Blowing Rock (20 miles), Boone (21 miles), Banner Elk (12 miles), Sugar Mountain (10 miles), Beech Mountain (18 miles), Grandfather Mountain (6 miles), Calloway Peak is only (8 miles), Linville Falls Winery (8 miles), Asheville and Charlotte are just about 1-2 hours.

Accommodations include fresh mountain water, sewer, 50 amp service, electricity, cable TV, and private wireless internet. Two blackwater connections are available.
