***Studio and 1 bedroom apartments available now for long term occupancy starting at $1525 per month. All utilities are included. Units can be fully, partially or non-furnished. Rental units includes, TV, microwave, mini fridge, dual hot plate burner, oven air-fryer and a coffee maker. Community kitchen and eatery lobby available to all renters. Community center includes a gym, large TV, dining table and couches to enjoy camaraderie. LoneStar also offers BBQ floating patio, card tables and additional bathrooms in the community center.

1 pet is welcome per RV spot. (no animals permitted in rental rooms) (No aggressive dogs permitted) Animal rules apply and are on the rental contract. (LoneStar Station RV Ranch and Studios is a hospitality property. Trespassing rules apply if failure to pay rent or for unruly behaviors.)
