We are a Class A, 55-and-over Resort. If your coach is over ten years old, you must submit four pictures for approval.

Our RV pad has a 16' x 73' area for your RV and attached parking for your toad. The Tiki has seating, a ceiling fan, perimeter lighting, and a picnic table with an umbrella.

Seasonal rates from October to March are $1.950.00 per month. Three months would drop the monthly rate to $1,850.00, and four to six months would lower the rate to $1,750.00. Rates include electricity, water, and sewer. A 50% deposit is required, with the balance due upon arrival.

We have off-season rates: daily, monthly, or weekly. There are Theme Parks close to our Resort.

The clubhouse has a heated pool and a hot tub. During the season, we have weekly potluck dinners, cards, bingo, and a men's breakfast. On Sundays, there is a motorcycle group; the ride usually breaks with lunch and then returns to the Resort. Several times a month, we have women's luncheons. We have several poker runs during the season." We have private boat access to Lake Mattie within the Resort. All of the above is open to guests and owners.

Men's and women's golf outings are also available for guests and owners.
