(NO BUMPER PULLS/TOWABLES);
30' Minimum in Length NO EXCEPTIONS

Must be less than 12 years old or...Submit Photos of 4 sides for Resort Management Approval. Unit must be clean and in good cosmetic condition (No damage and professional paint)
One pet maximum with proof of vaccinations

Maximum of 4 persons including guests per rental/lot
$75 departure cleaning fee
$200 Refundable Electric Deposit
Renter pays FPL electric fee
