I have a 14 wide x 51-foot-deep RV LOT AND LAND ONLY.

Long term rental/stays preferred.

$1300 per month. Water, Sewer, Electric 50amp, WIFI, Hookups in Miami Design District (maintenance and utilities are not included in the price)

You will have to supply your own accommodations for sleeping. Either a Motorhome or Camper. Entrance is via the back ally of the house, will fit a 40FT motorhome, or 33FT Camper (preferably smaller due to the tight turn to get into the lot). No Sleeping in Cars pop-ups or tents permitted. Motorhomes and Campers must be visually approved. Pictures must be requested for verification. This is for LOT and hook-ups ONLY.

Centrally located lot on a quiet street close to Miami hottest attractions.

We are within walking distance of the Design District and many restaurants, and a 5-15 min bike/car ride to Miami Beach, Brickell (downtown Miami), Wynwood, Midtown, American Airlines Arena, Port of Miami, Bayside, Bayfront Park, Magic City, Innovation District, Hard Rock Hotel and Miami International Airport. We have plenty outdoor space to chill out in the amazing Miami weather.

Miami Beach: only 10 minutes away by car, bring your boat, paddleboard, kayaks, fishing poles, bikes for a stay of a lifetime. Intercostal parks are only 5 minutes away.

Design District: Walking distance (7 blocks away), bring fancy outfits for amazing pictures and memories.

Dollar Family: is only 2 blocks away from our house perfect for everything you may need.

PARKING:
YES! there is LOTS of FREE street parking.

STOP wasting your time in the Miami traffic or all your $$$ in gas.

All dogs must be on a leash for the safety of other guests. Also you must have something to pick up any dog waste with you while walking your pet.
