This lovely 5th wheel has everything you will need to enjoy a vacation in paradise. The rental includes use of linens, towels, and all cooking utensils. There is a king size bed. The RV is designed to sleep only two people. If you have overnight quests, you must bring your own mattress and linens. There is a kitchen with microwave, large sink, and stove. A kitchen island provides added counter space difficult to find in an RV. You will find comfy recliners and a love seat. A large screen TV and electric fireplace is centered between these two sitting areas.  The large screen TV rises up from behind the fireplace with the push of a button. A large shower, large closet, built in vacuum cleaner, and double stack front loading washer and dryer are added conveniences.  Renters will be given a thorough introduction and written instructions of how to operate everything in an RV. But don’t be surprised if you find yourself spending a good deal of time outside. 

There is a nice outdoor kitchen designed to make outdoor cooking a breeze. You will find a sink, refrigerator, BBQ, and counter space. All is nestled under the overhead palapa. The separate dining area boasts of the same wonderful shade cover which is also protection from the occasional rain. Outdoor lighting makes it so easy to never go inside the RV.

This site rents on a monthly basis only. It sleeps two.

HOA's Rental Processing Fee:
The fees are
$30 for 2 nights or less
$90 for 3 to 29 nights
$150 for 30 to 180 nights
$300 for over 180 nights
This fee is in addition to the normal rental rates for the site. If you move to a different site the Resort Usage Fee once again applies.

Dog Fees:
$2 per day, per dog for up to 90 days
$1 per day, per dog after 90 days

Monthly Fee: is $1,855 plus electricity. You will be billed for your actual electrical usage. This rental fee includes Netflix, and Amazon Prime but it requires the internet. Good news even internet is included. A $500 security deposit is required. This deposit will be returned within 3 days of leaving as long as the site is in the same condition as when you arrived, including no oil or bad stains on the RV pad.

Renter is to supply their own propane to use the BBQ. We have a service here in the resort for your convenience. No pets or smokers & no burning of candles or incense. No exceptions.

You may rent this owner's golf cart for only $100/month. This is a great deal compared to the normal $200/month or $35/day rate. Let us know if you wish to reserve the cart
