• Max 2 vehicles and both must fit in the 38' space in front of shed

One well-behaved pet allowed.

Space rent: $635/month
Includes: Water, trash, sewer, cable TV (Spectrum Select 125+ channels), Fast Internet (wired + wifi), mailbox, nice shed with washer/dryer, gate remote control
You pay: Your electricity

Arrival Mon-Fri during regular business hours only as your rig will have to be inspected by park management.

1st and last month's rent + $300 security deposit.
Proof of RV fire insurance required.
