years of combined experience as
directors, asset and property
managers (rv resorts/mobile home
parks) offering a diversity of
skills and talents including: home
owner association and property
management, sales, marketing,
accounting, customer relations,
business administration and
management, written and oral
communications, understanding,
creating and analyzing financial
data, strategic planning, staff
management and leadership, capital
expenditures, knowledge of
maintenance procedures and various
computer software applications.
We have solid
backgrounds in establishing
corporate policies and procedures
that have made substantial
improvements to organizational
efficiency, staff productivity and
profit margins. We are highly
organized with the ability to
demonstrate attention to detail and
efficiently schedule time and
activities.
In all managerial
projects, we maintain a proactive
approach of constantly analyzing,
evaluating and upgrading. Daily
operations function well within this
framework, and it is for this
reason, that we are interested in an
RV Resort Mgmt position. The
