Professional Manager seeking new challenge!
My current contract is due to expire this
spring and I/we are seeking a new
opportunity. Experience in RV, Resort,
Hotel, Marina, Apartment and MHC management.
I am skilled in all areas; Administration,
Computer Science and Maintenance. In my
most recent position I wrote an extensive
operations manual for the park covering all
areas of business and park infrastructure.
As well, I investigated state codes and
modeled a Timeshare Sales Program for the
park to become compliant with state laws.
My wife is also an experienced Activities
Director / Event Planner having held the
Director position for Washington States 3rd
largest annual festival for 4 years. We
would also be interested in any possible
“lease to own” or District Manager
situations. Married with toddler but we
will consider “couple” positions if it is
