OBJECTIVE: We are looking for a challenging management-team position in property management at a Vacation Destination, Resort, Motel, Mobile Home Park, or RV Park where our multi-talents can be of service. We are healthy, happy and ready for our next chapter. We are available now. We are non smoking, non drinking, dependable couple with no pets. We are presently in the Las Vegas area and looking in WA/OR/CA where our children and grandchildren live.

BACKGROUND: We are management professionals with years of progressively responsible experience encompassing Mobile Home Park/RV Park/Horse Ranch/Camp Grounds/Picnic Grounds and all aspects of property management.
We are presently managing a senior mobile home park in Las Vegas but are seeking RV/Mobile Home Park preferably on OR/WA/CA. Also seeking working partnership.
We have managed a family park with 157 mobile homes and RV sites. Our responsibilities included running the front office w/ computer skills, rent rolls, petty cash, hiring and managing employees, hiring vendors for repairs and oversee maintenance and security. Husband maintained pool and grounds. We were also in charge of sales and advertising of Mobile Homes/RV's for sale. We handled all legal matters and court appearances. We entertained the residents and set up activities and classes for our seniors as well as the children. We attended all classes for our certifications and the monthly meetings at our local police department. We are very community minded. Wife designed the monthly newsletters and all the forms, signs and special notices.

We have managed an RV Park/Horse Ranch/Picnic Grounds as well as the care and feeding of 16 horses. We also managed the campers and picnic grounds. We managed the care of the grounds as well as the spring-fed warm springs that runs thru the property, the restrooms and laundry facility. We also helped market the property with the creation of flyers, ads, forms, signage and entertainment on weekends. We also bring some other interesting talents to the table.
