Daily Responsibilities

 

Manage daily operations, including maintenance and improvements of residential properties.  Positively communicate with residents on a regular basis to ensure their needs are consistently met.  Verify the eligibility of prospective residents following government regulations and company policies; coordinate resident entrance and exit procedures.  Collect monthly rental payments, make deposits and submit a monthly report of all accounting.  Conduct routine inspection of grounds, facilities and equipment to determine and organize repairs and/or maintenance.  Investigate complaints, disturbances and violations resolving the issue adhering to management rules, regulations and guidelines.  Maintain records and reports of rental activity, maintenance and operating costs.  Utilize solid experience in pool and yard maintenance, landscaping.  Acquired experience in showing and sales of manufactured homes per residents requests.

1       Successfully delivered top quality service for large Manufactured Housing Community Park.

2       Initiated community improvements, raising park from a 2 star to a 3 star rating within two years.

3       Wrote and distributed community newsletter, contributing to a positive community environment.

4       Organized block watch program for the community resulting in greater security for the residents.

5       Implemented intensive development plans, cleaning up the park, landscaping and improving the lighting.

6       Established positive relationships with the residents with clear communication channels regarding contractual agreements, company obligations and payment schedules.
