I have been a manager of a large RV Park and Marina in GA for 5 years. These are some of the duties at this location.

Create programs and promotions focusing on business development and customer retention

Oversee all aspects of campgrounds including retail store management, inventory control, facilities maintenance, staffing, budgeting, marketing, cash management, and client service

Project management of various programs and maintenance in progress to include ensuring projects are completed with quality results within the time frames required and necessary items are received to complete the project as required

Daily operations management with focus on customer service, employees continued training, education, sales, and budget tracking, and limiting company risk factors.

Consistently maintained departmental budgets with increasing profit margins since I assumed the role in 2003, overturned prior management losses the first month I assumed the role.
