I am the second owner of this coach having bought it from a good friend who took excellent care of this rig. Excepting some clear coat peeling from sun damage on the exterior, this motorhome is in excellent shape and ready to ride for all of your summer adventures! Ford F53 V10. 86K miles, 39FT long, triple slide. Over $48K invested in 2024! All new this year: Tires, brakes including calipers, wheel seals, all 4 ABS wheel sensors, new suspension, some wiring, all new Lippert hydraulic leveling jack lines and fittings, new hydraulic fluid for jacks, new Snappads for jacks, Batteries (coach and chassis), MAP/MAF/TPS sensors, computer reprogram, ALL fluids and filters including rear differential, transmission, engine, fuel, air, etc. New plugs and 10 coils, cat converter and O2 sensors, full generator service (855 hours on genny), new awning material on main and all slide toppers, pressure/leak check done at dealer - one window resealed all others good ($700 cost). Ignition lockout relay for slides replaced. AC and furnace units cleaned and checked. New cage fan on rear AC installed. Some new water lines. Some new struts for bays. Air horns installed. New motherboard for furnace and fridge. Fridge removed and cleaned and new drain line and control board installed. New kitchen and shower faucets, new porcelain elongated Dometic toilet installed. New water heater and LVP installed in 2020. New furniture (couch and chair) and new Brooklyn Bedding hybrid mattress in main bedroom. New water pump installed, system sterilized and leak checked. There isn't much this coach hasn't had gone through. We've been on a few adventures this year already and the wife wants a diesel rig so we're upgrading. This is a GREAT motorhome for the family. I have all records for the upgrades this year. All manuals in a binder from original. Only known issues are the sun damage on driver's side and front cap and backup camera is out (which might be an easy fix). So much to list I might've even forgotten some things - call for info.
