Interior is immaculate! Everything works as it should (appliances, awning, heat, etc). The roof needs to be rubberized- has some patches on it from previous owner but it has never leaked! Roof has been checked out by campground and given two thumbs up! Price is firm as it reflects the amount for rubberizing ($1500). It’s located at Jugtown Mountain Campground
