Beautiful 2016 Grand Design Reflection 5th Wheel! HUGE closet in Master Bedroom with Washer/Dryer hookups. It's larger than my closet at home. Walk around Queen Bed (brand new mattress), built in dresser with 7 drawers & 3 spacious overhead cabinets. TV in the bedroom too. HUGE shower stall with seat in a nice sized bathroom. Awesome pantry, 3 burner stove with oven & HUGE refrigerator. We love to cook, so the galley size and layout was essential . We even added a lovely pop out countertop for use when in camp. There's a dining table with 4 chairs in the main cabin plus 2 Reclining chairs for watching TV or relaxing in front of the charming fireplace. The pullout sofa converts to a comfy double bed. There's a TON of storage in this RV, (I can't strees this enough) and is one of the main reasons that we bought it over other models in this size/class. The 3 popouts make it super spacious inside and it's great for entertaining. It'll hold 60 gallons of fresh water with a 75 gallon gray tank capacity and a 43 gallon black tank capacity. If you're careful, you can dry camp/boondock for 10 days (we've done it). Brand new awning included in sale. The basement is HUGE and can easily hold all your toys and BBQ paraphenalia. This RV also has automatic leveling jacks (thank goodness!) and that makes for a fast and easy setup. There's a hitch in the rear (great for your ebike rack, etc.) We love this RV but due to illness we must sell it. The interior is in good shape for it's age, but selling "as-is". The price reflects the cost of a needed new roof (we have a roof report) and we have an estimate of between 8K-10K to replace it.
