Brand new. We purchased this when we thought we’d have land to live on. Plans changed and now stuck with a camper we can’t use. We’ve never even walked inside of it. Dealer dropped off and it has been sitting ever since. Has a $6,000 warranty that we added at time of purchase. Regret buying but here we are, so trying to sell it since we will not be using it.
