I am the original owner of this Lance 1685. It's in excellent condition with brand new tires (Goodyear Endurance made in USA) and is still under a transferable warranty that lasts until October 26, 2025. The unit is clean and fully functional. It has one solar panel with Solar on the Side. Included is an Andersen weight distribution system, leveling blocks, sissor chocks, backup camera, LevelMate Pro (leveling app that work's with iPhone) a very heavy duty tonque lock and other minor accessories you wont have to buy. It also has an electric awning that automatically retracts if it gets windy and electric tonque jack. I'm also including a tonque scale to insure correct weight distribution. It is in storage just outside of Las Vegas, NV.
