Has a 2-yr old $1200 king mattress that's amazing. 3 slides, 2 power awnings, 3 TVs, fireplace, central vac, large pantry & island, side-by-side fridge, large closets. Contractor husband has added extra storage throughout. Fridge and hot water work fine on gas, but will need attention for elec use. Small (8") tear on one corner of awning. Very clean inside. Exterior in great shape.
