Purchased in 2015 from Beaver Coach sales in Bend Oregon. Had it serviced every year through 2021. We have receipts for all the services, repairs and upgrades. It comes with a direct tv dish and receiver. In 2017 we had MCD blinds installed and cherry laminate floors installed. We replaced the inverter with a new magnum inverter in 2017 along with the coach batteries also in 2017. Replaced all tires in 2018. The refrigerator was replaced in 2016. The washer/dryer was removed and shelves were installed in that area. The interior is in excellent condition except for the bedroom area. New flooring or carpet needs to be installed do to the frame jack breaking and coming through the floor. All repairs were made on that. We were planning on replacing that with laminate but do to health reasons we are selling. Also the microvave door handle is broken. We have enjoyed this coach to the fullest. Went on several trips to various destination and always included Bend Oregon for it annual service. For the plast 8 years we have traveled to Arizona for the winter and lived in it for 6 months at a time. In 2022 we purchased a home in AZ and that along with some health issues is why we decided to sell.
