31’ coach. Sleeps 4-5. E-450 super duty with 37,000 original miles on engine. Runs and drives flawlessly.  Everything in coach works as designed. New roof decking and TPO last fall. New vinyl plank flooring. New front tires. New rear brakes, rotors and calipers. I’ve owned it a year and have taken it to FL several times without issue. I removed the bench table and added additional cabinets/ office space. Private bedroom. Private toilet/sink.
