This motor home has been in the family since new, given to us by parents. We are selling because we bought a larger RV. All systems function normally, with no issues inside or out. It has always been stored under cover, and the roof is solid with no leaks.

This motor home sits on a Chevrolet Express 3500 chassis with a 7.4 liter V8. Power windows & door locks are standard. Cruise control works wonderfully, as does the cab & house A/C and heat. An AM/FM/cassette radio deck is included.

The unit sleeps four comfortably but can accommodate up to six people with the cab overhead bunk, fold out couch, and convertible dinette. It has 30 Amp service with a standard cord. Also installed is a reliable Onan 4000 generator with only 239 hours on the meter. A 35 gallon fresh water tank is onboard, with 36 gallon gray and 35 gallon black water tanks. There are two large storage areas on the exterior passenger side. The tires have plenty of good tread remaining.
