Description

Great Pop-Up! High-Wall ceilings over 7 feet, & high wall, self contained wet bath. Great Hot Water Heater! Outdoor kitchen that swings out. Gas grill included. Hate to let this one go, but we've aged out of the physical set-up/tear downs. Text me for video to see the inside. Having trouble uploading it here due to high res.

3 Burner stove

Microwave
3/4 Fridge that runs super cold & small freezer freezes well.
4 drawers, 7 cabinets for storage
Outdoor kitchen-stove, sink, & drawer

High Wall, self contained Wet Bath with shower head.
Outdoor Shower
New water filter housing, needs to be put in, but is in an easy location to install. Brand new on hand.
The AC works great, but probably needs servicing/cleaned for optimum use.
The furnace worked great up in the mountains during those 30° nights.
Came with little fans but never found the plugs to use, & mattress heaters, but we used thin air mattresses for more comfort & heating blankets.
All windows are insulated with both a tinted plastic & thick canvas. The front windows open up to a long, beautiful scene that can be enjoyed from the dinette/lounge area.
Reflector screens for front windows
Battery was good last time we used the unit April 2023.
Tires are good but will be coming up on their 3rd year with us.
No water damage that we know of and hard top is in great shape.
We were in a Cat 1 hurricane down in South Padre & not one drop of water came in. Its been wind tested and the frame is solid!
Tows easy with a half ton or equivalent towing capacity of at least 6,000 lbs. at 60mph rated tires.
Tow rack on the back with Spare Tire.
I actually like this better than our new Geo Pro due to using the Queen bed for storage, kitchen length for food prep, storage, & bigger shower area.
Breaker box is easy to reset.
Power jack doesn't work but it's a loose wire that wiggled loose and can be fixed easily. Manual jack included.
1 power cord included
Manual stabilizer jacks
Foot steps probably need a lot of DW40 & can be cantankerous.
Enclosement door has always been a little whacky about locking, but the full size door locks great with a 751. We use a bike lock on the smaller door.
Some of these little things are just it's quirks & we never got around to replacing the steps or locks.
This is the Cadillac of Pop-Ups & was super fun for us! You will love it too!
