Description

Clean inside and out. Low miles (less than 40k). Drives like a van and easy to park even in town. Sleeps 6. Covered storage for most of its life.

Comes with EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO TAKE IT OUT. Sheets, pillows, utincils, dishes, coffee maker, toaster, water hose, sewer hose and more.

U-shaped dinnette is designed so there is no need for a slide. Slides are heavy, can break (not good if it unlatches while driving down the road), and require maintenance. This is much better than two benches facing eachother. U shape allows for laying down or sitting with others. Huge bed when you easily take the table down and use backrest coushins for bedding. Plenty of room to get by from either way.

Tons of storage inside and out! Huge area in back outside. Huge closset with shelves. Storage all the way around inside.

Gas generator is nice because it runs off the same 40 gallon tank as the engine, no need to get separate fuel for gen. The gen will automatically shut off when the chassis engine gets down to 1/4 tank of gas.

Above the driver and passenger is a huge bed or storage area. The front flips up if needed for more space or to get into cab.

Ford E350 Super Duty. 5.4 Liter Triton V8. Has a switch so if the chassis battery is dead you can start the motor using the coach batteries (two 6 volts under step when you come inside). Power locks & windows. 5,000 hitch. Good tires with lot of tread. Ford is 2010 and Fleetwood coach is 2011.

3 burner gas stove, fridge/freezer, A/C unit, gas heater, and microwave are nice. Large propane tank. Tons of lighting from almost anywhere in the coach. Bed and dinette lights swivel. Porcelain toilet with foot flush.

Very nice coach that I wish I could keep. Club baseball taking all my time, no time to take out.

Original owner had it garage kept in Sothern California until a couple years ago. I have had it a little over a year and have had no problems with at at all. Person I bought it from was going to VRBO for RV's (rent it) and did that for a couple times and hated it and sold it to me. She had everything needed in it and also printed labels and put them where needed (gray tank, fresh water, storage, power hookup, etc.).

Nothing is absolutely perfect. Small scratch outside back drivers corner.
Drawer under closet is skuffed but fixable.

RV is currently kept in Old Town Scottsdale area. I am cool with phone call, text, or email. I have no social media accounts.

If you kayak let me know. I have a great hitch for 2.

Peace!
