A vintage 1994 28’ Callista Cove by Carriage, Class C motorhome that has had regular maintenance and has always been stored undercover. We are the 2nd owners. Everything works. We've had her since 2014, touring the U.S and Canada, most recently touring Alaska for one month every year since 2020, what a great run, now time to move on. This is a Ford 350 with a 7.5L engine and 4 speed overdrive transmission with 115,000 miles. The engine had major service repairs at about 100,000 miles (repaired cracked exhaust manifold) and the transmission was completely rebuilt at about 90,000 miles (smoother than the original).Carriage was recognized as one of the best quality C-class RVs (2009 bankruptcy). This high quality is facilitated by an exterior skin composed of only 4 rigid fiberglass components (Front and Rear Caps and two sides). Using only four exterior components enhances both the appearance and the structural rigidity of the RV. Never experienced a roof leak. In 2020, RV Armor replaced the roof, so on-going maintenance has been eliminated and this carries a life-time transferable warranty. Tires and brakes have been replaced in the last few years.
