Camplite trailers are unique. There is no wood in the construction besides the interior cabinetry. This can be towed by a smaller vehicle because of a 220 lb hitch weight, dual axels, and a trailer weight of 3120 lbs. GVWR is 5000. The frame, structure, siding, bed and couch frames are all welded aluminum. The shell is aluminum and Azdel. Livin Lite is built to last.

The trailer has a microwave/convection oven, 2 way fridge (propane and electric), 2 burner propane stovetop, porcelin toilet, stand up shower with hand held wand, and many other standard amenities.

Our trailer has had regular maintainence, and has been thoroughly checked for water leaks.
The jack knife bed can sleep two.
A dining table was included and is stored under the sofa when you want to eat inside. We rarely cooked or ate inside.

Of course there are a few minor cosmetic spots as you would expect with a previously owned trailer, but very minimal.
As owners we have taken great care in keeping the unit clean and well maintained. Well, one of us has REALLY done a great job keeping our trailer clean, and I know he'll do the same with our next one!
We are selling because as retirement looms closer, we will need different amenities in our new travel trailer.
The last 2 photos show the floor space when the slide is open and closed. There is room to sleep and use the bathroom without opening the slide if you are in a tight spot.
