This one owner Arctic Fox Fifth Wheel is a 2012 (Model 24-5N) four season trailer with heated fresh, gray and black water tanks in like new condition and will sleep 4 people. Always stored in a closed shed since new and never exposed to the elements. It’s 26’ long and 8’6” (wide body) with one slide out. This unit is great for people who mostly love the outdoors of dry camping. It is configured with 4 tilting 135 watt solar panels (540 watt total), 4 new 08/2022 installed Trojan T-125, 240 Ah, 6V deep cycle lead acid batteries (480 Ah total). A display will show the full spectrum on the state of the batteries, so you will always know exactly the incoming and outgoing amps, the percentage of charge, temperature and much more. The unit also has 4 new tires installed in 2023 and never driven after that. The internal lights are converted to LED’s in order to save 10 times more on electricity. The unit has around +/- 10k miles towed. It has a 2000 watt inverter for convenient power for any AC appliances, also a very efficient quiet (virtually no sound at all) vent free propane heater from “Kozy-World Type KWP122” – no need to turn on the very inefficient and loud central heating system which will saves 3 times more on propane and keeps the temperature at any desired heating level. The hook up is for a short or long bed truck with a 16K lbs “Superglide Hitch” from “PullRite” and will automatically push the fifth wheel hitch back when turning the truck so the fifth wheel will never hit the trucks cabin not even at the sharpest U-turns. The TV has been upgraded to a 32” Jensen 12V. The hitch is included in the selling price as are all beddings, dishes, silverware, tools, electric extension cords, water hoses, wheel chokes, leveling blocks etc. everything what is usually needed on a camping trip. The only thing you will need is the installation of a mounting kit for the “PullRite” fifth wheel hitch on your specific pickup truck. All upgrades are documented and all user manuals are available.
