Coosawattee is very special. Your annual dues are $669 a year or about $56.00 per month. For this you get access to several pools, (one within walking distance of "The Camp"), tennis courts, an exercise gym, and a game room. County taxes are among the lowest in the state $82 per year.

Coosawattee is blessed with an abundance of wildlife. You will see heards of deer, squirrels, rabbits, and many other species of God's animal kingdom.
Coosawattee has more places to fish than you can fish in a lifetime. The Coosawattee River is within walking distance of "The Camp".One of the favorite pastimes is floating down the Coosawattee on an tube or kyaking. On any given day (weather permitting) you will see dozens of people floating down the river or kayaking.

If you find yourself getting "cabin fever", don't fret. There is lots to do in the surrounding area. Shopping in one of the unique shops downtown is a great way to entertain yourself and friends. Excellent food is available for reasonable prices at one of the many local restuarants. Walmart, Longhorns, Ruby Tuesdays and other chains are less than 15 minutes away from "The Camp".

Like to explore, take a hike or get on your golf cart and explore the 169 miles of roads located inside Coosawattee River Resort. Many locals use golf carts and Mules (the motorized kind) to get around in Coosawattee. Driver's license required!

This lot is a deeded non restricted lot! This means you and or your family can use "The Camp" 365 days a year. I mention this because some of the lots being sold have a 6 month limit or "restriction" on its use. This significantly reduces the value of the lot and destroys it's long term investment potential.

Speaking of investment potential, full time RV lots in Coosawattee have increased in value significantly in the last 3 years and continue to increase in value.
